Hi, I’m Darcie Anselment. My business partner, Scott Valazak, and I are proud of what we’ve accomplished in real estate and excited about what’s ahead. Thank you for taking the time to learn more about us and our properties!

My real estate journey started in 2014 when I purchased a commercial building for my chiropractic practice. That building not only housed my business but also six additional business tenants and two residential apartments. That’s where my passion for real estate truly began! I added a few more properties before teaming up with Scott and also becoming a real estate agent with Realty One Group Landmark.

Scott is a loan originator with Prime Lending. He has been helping people find the best home mortgage for over 20 years. He has a strong background in real estate financing. Together, we now own over 50 doors jointly and another 23 individually, ranging from commercial spaces to multi-family units, single-family homes, and short-term rentals.

Our Airbnb journey began after being inspired by a friend’s property on Lake Erie. What started as just one Airbnb quickly grew into 19 unique short-term rentals. This led me to write the book “Beginner’s Guide to Airbnb Investing.”
