Hi! I am Darcie Anselment. My business partner Scott Valazak and I are quite proud of what we have accomplished and are always expanding, so I wanted to thank you for your interest in our properties.  

I started into my real estate adventure by buying a commercial building for my chiropractic practice in 2014.  The commercial building housed six other businesses and a pair of 2-bedroom apartments.  Let the fun begin! Lol! I acquired a couple other properties before starting into a business partnership with Scott.

Scott is a banker I met during my real estate journey.  He understands real estate financing and I understand the market.  Together we now own 28 doors together and another 23 individually. 

We have commercial buildings, residential units (multi-units and single-family homes) as well as Airbnb’s. (So we have a little bit of something for everyone!)

Scott and I learned the Airbnb business from my friend Janelle.  She owns Airbnb’s on Lake Erie.  After seeing hers, we knew we had to have one as well.  One Airbnb has turned into now 11 Airbnb’s!  This is the most rewarding part of the job for me.  I love furnishing and decorating them!
